Best way to transport terrain, buildings, etc...

Post by friar.tuck »

Greetings all.
I am building a lot of portable 15mm terrain (bocage, buildings, trees, mine fields, etc...) for flames of war... just wondering how people have figured out a way to transport this stuff while keeping it fairly safe during transport. Any ideas, suggestions, etc.. would be greatly appreciated.
Respectfully,

Friar.Tuck

Custom built banana boxes. The place I game has about 6-8 boxes full of terrain.
The get the boxes for free from the supermarket. Then inside they built shelves, out of heavy cardboard and light wood, with dividers/seperators to protect the pieces. Each box has it's own theme; Buildings, woods, rocks, junkyard, ruined forts/buildings.

The boxes are strong & durable, and usually free.
Heh, I was called a Grognard. ;-)
