Bad Trade Report - demonwarlord20

Everything started off fine, we negotiated for 15 Dwarf Slayers for $25.00. He received my money order and shipped the Slayers but instead of 15 he shipped 10. I asked for the the remaining 5 slayers and when he could not produce them he offered to buy a whole box. I told him just to refund me the $8.35 which is the value of 5 Slayers based on what I paid. He has not been to BTown since Jun 9th or read my final message to him letting him know that I negotiated in good faith and he did not uphold his end of the deal. I am not really sweating the 8 dollars but I just want people to be informed.

Received your package today in good order except for one thing. The slayer unit is 5 short, there were only 10 figures in the box and not the 15 that were listed. I have the full command unit so it looks like 5 regular were left out of the box. Can you check on this and get back with me please.

No only the original 10 came in. I don't want you to put out for the whole box but if you could refund the missing slayer part of what I did not receive then that will be fine. 15 slayers at $25.00 = $1.67 per slayer * 5 missing slayers = $8.35. If you could refund just the $8.35 that would be fine.

Still no money order, do you have a dc# or some proof that this was mailed. I have had trades show up from Canada is less than a week. My next stop is the BTR forum unless this gets resolved fast. We negotiated and I upheld my part I expect the other party to uphold theirs.

Well, it looks like you've covered all your bases with proof, and you did the right thing in not posting too soon and giving him ample time to get the M.O. to you.
Looking at his history, I'd be surprised if it turned out he was trying to pull one over on you. I suspect that, eventually, he'll make it reight.

Regardless, however, this BTR is valid.

Also remember, since you sent the MO vis usps, you used a usps Money Order, and he shipped via usps; you can file a mail fraud claim with the postal inspectors.
