Okay... and with that (and having read the posts that came in while Iw as writing my own in between jobs at work), I'm going to put this bluntly...
In a BO/DB report, the only people who should post are staff and those involved.
In a BTR, we're happy to have members chime in with helpful information (names, addresses, links, etc). As this is not the case here, though, no assistance is necessary. The only opinions that matter on deciding if this is a viable report or not are those with red and green IDs.

No disrespect meant to Gav, Opus or Sekai... If you're not part of the deal *OR* if you have nothing NEW to add, there's no reason to post here if you aren't a staff member.

Thank you.

Eric

If there were no issues with fees, then I request that the bad feedback I received be modified to reflect what happened properly. As it is, it's a lie, and it has been a lie since the deal has gone badly.

I don't disagree with anything you said, MagickalMemories, however, I believe that the rudeness that was expressed towards me should be made aware to everyone doing a deal with this gentleman, so if need be, I'll change the bad feedback to more accurately reflect my grievances as have been ruled on by the court of Bartertown.

This was sent to me via PM, as well. I've replied via PM, so there is no need for anyone else to comment on it or for any staff to reply.
Thanks.

Thank you for the other set of eyes on this. I could have been smoother dealing with it, but I indeed was and am disgruntled.

We made a deal, I gave him money and then he backed out. I turned down another deal locally as I thought i was locked into this one. But in the end it was just a waste of my time and effort.

And now I have bad feedback? Why? I didnt do anything wrong in this trade. I let Sekai set a price and I paid him, afterwhich he backed out.

I don't mean to be arrogant about it but I feel my bad feedback should be removed.... That would be at least something out of this instead of negatives every which way for a deal a complied with.... Ive lost money myself on deals where the shipping cost more than expected. It happens. Which is why you do your best to get a quote and figure it out yourself before agreeing to a deal and asking for funds.

So please, I ask that my bad feedback be removed... I acted out a bit but I think I had the right to be upset at the time.

The way to request a review of a negative reference is to PM an Admin. Provide the ENTIRE communication history in legible, easy to read, CHRONOLOGICAL order... and wait for a reply. He will look it over and get back with you.

Thanks Magickal.

Sekai, you're not providing any progression here with comments like that.

Stop. Both of you.
We don't need the back & forth.

Opus: have you contacted PayPal about your refund?
If so, what was the result?
If not, why not? When do you plan to... or do you plan to at all?

I received my refund, if that's what you're asking?

Thanks.
