Deadbeat / Backout - g0atsticks

Post by Imaginos »

Okay, hate to do this, but had a deal arranged with g0atsticks and he disappeared after he was supposed to ship. He's read PM's, but never responded. Just a bad apple who is going on my ignore list. Here are the PM's.

Definitely interested. What do you have in mind?

Thanks,

Thanks. While you have many many book I am interested in, the one that sticks out most is: Tome of Horrors Complete Limited edition (PFRPG version). Could we trade?

Thanks, E.

I'd rather hold off on Tome of Horrors Complete for a larger selection or more rare item. It was $100 retail last year, but I can get Hail the Heroes for $19 from Noble Knight. Anything else we might be able to work out?

totally cool, i had my eye on a few. How about Call of Cth d20? I actually have no interest in the game, just the story. There are other things, just calling out what grabs ye old eyes. Thanks-E.

I'd be willing to do Call of Cthulhu d20 for Hail the Heroes. Are you okay with shipping first? And is this shipping to a US location?

Yes, I'll ship first. I have way lower reviews than you, but I am an honest adult and handle my business like one. I am in the US.

As long as you are a US address, I can ship out tomorrow once I get off of work. Thanks, E.

Good Afternoon, I just wanted to let you know that I'm not going to be able to ship today, I'm not going to get off work in time, but I will ship some time this week. As soon as I am possible. I work first shift and get off earlier some days than others. Just an FYI. I'm a responsible adult, so just bear with me:) Thanks, E.

Thanks for the update. No biggie on my end. I'm looking forward to getting it, but I can wait. Real life and responsibilities trump hobbies.

Hey Eddie,

I saw that you got my message yesterday. You were supposed to ship last Saturday and haven't dropped me a PM since. If I don't hear from you by this time Saturday night, I'm going to assume you've decided to back out of the deal. Preferably I'll get a PM from you before then.

Thanks,
Eric

That was the last PM in the trade. I think it is funny that his answer for me is that he is overworked because his boss was fired, while for the BTR he is involved in right now viewtopic.php?f=103&t=190549 he claims he was out of town. Also interesting that he has to state to both myself and the other trader that he is an adult and handles himself like one.

Anyway, trader beware. This guy is going on my ignore list.

Ok, you've been online, you've read my messages, you're an adult and conduct business like one? Well, the first two statements are true. Anyway, this deal is off the books. You are on my ignore list, and I am posting a deadbeat/backout report on you.

You won't get a response.. he has been banned for Multi-Accounting.

2+2=5 for sufficiently large values of 2.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

I use the Unofficial Porkuslime Trading Guidelines - if you have way less refs.. you ship first.

Folks I am awaiting a ref from.. Zack
