ok. 1st i understand and stand behind the 7 day time limit between posts.

here's my problem.
i went to post and this is waht it says,
"Sorry, your last post was -7 days ago in this forum. The rules require that your new posts are at least 7 days apart.
Please feel free to edit/update your original post until then."

umm isn't that 7 days?

2nd, the link it then gives me to edit that post, doesn't work.

so.....what's up?

It's counting FULL days.

If you posted last Sunday at 3:OO PM, you can't post again until today at 3:01 PM

As far as the link goes...

yes i understand that part. but when the link doesn't lead to your riginal post, like it seems it should..
then i makes it tougher to chase it down. well.. it's been over 7 days and i reposted..

I believe the new board uses a slightly different format for the address of a post. I guess the post limit mod hasn't been updated to match. The link you get ends with something like:
viewtopic.php?p=74288
If you want to get to your post, change the "p=" part to "t=" and it should work:
viewtopic.php?t=74288

Adam would have to fix the mod on the server for the correct link to get displayed.

Also, kt, you can always find the post by going to your profile & looking at the links on the right hand side to find the thread you started.

It's not the EASIEST way that it could be, but it'll get the job done.
