Not getting notifications

I used the contact us link at the top but I havent heard back. I am not getting notifications when I get a PM even though I have notifications enable so I am missing PMs. I dont want that to lead to bad feedback for me. Can someone help?

It's a known issue for Gmail users. I haven't gotten notifications for well over a year. Maybe two.

I'm not using Gmail. Using hotmail.
