Is there another way to contact buyers?

Sold and shipped one lot last Saturday, returned to update the listing, but found it locked - rule #13 violation? All I did was post on the thread asking him to check his inbox, so I could be paid and mail the package. According to his profile, the buyer visits the site almost everyday, yet doesn't check PMs - maybe inbox is full? Saturday, after being paid, I messaged again with tracking info, but the message is still in the outbox. According to the USPS site, the package should arrive tomorrow, but I don't want to give the impression I didn't provide the promised tracking. Should I have asked a mod to contact him? Is there another way to contact buyers aside from PMs?

As far as the main question goes, IDK. However, messages sit in your 'outbox' till the other person logs in.
As to why the post was locked again IDK.

Wouldn't the "last active" date mean he's logged in? It says Tuesday under stats.
Maybe he hasn't had time to check PMs or could it be a forum issue? It's not a big deal, but I want to make sure buyers have up to date info..
More than likely, my post bumped up the topic and that's a violation of rule #13.

If you put the tracking number in the last PM you sent him I would say you are all set.
If you wanted to contact him/her another way outside of Bartertown you would need their email, cell number, facebook name etc.

Slight clarification:
It stays in there until it's opened.
Otherwise, I don't have a lot I can offer. Previous replies have given you all the "good stuff."
As long as you've documented everything, you're covered.
