Hey BT!

I noticed that when I delete the oldest messages from a thread, they're still contained in the "message history" of the newest messages. This leads me to two questions:

1) Can I delete ALL messages between myself and another member except the most recent?

2) If I were to delete every message between myself and another user would the message history be retained if we then spoke again in the future?

The "Message History" is only supposed to show you existing messages between you and your trade/conversation partner.
If you delete all the messages someone sends you, it should only show you the messages YOU sent (because they are still in our Outbox or Sent Messages folder).

You might want to double check and be sure you're actually seeing what you think you are.

If it turns out your right... well, we'll have to look and see what kind of updates phpbb made to this newest version of the software... but I sincerely doubt it.

I try too never delete any part of a PM history until trade is completed and hopefully, feedback left.
