For the last two days, while accessing the bartertown site i have been getting preseented with a bogus link to download a "Critical Firefox update". This page comes up in a new window with the firefox logo and immediatley attempts to download a firefox.js file. I am not sure if this is coming through an advertisement or something else, but wanted to make people aware of what i have seen.

Interesting.
I have forwarded this to our mechanic and we will look into it right away.
Thanks!

Ahem, it's "Technomage", now. I've been promoted.

I'm having our hosting service run an anti-virus / malware scan, but I these are done regularly and have been clean for a while now so I'll be surprised if it's the server.
Also, for those who care, we run our own advertising software, and have control over the links and images used (and except for automated start and stop dates, humans are in the loop). *
IF* that software has been infected, the aforementioned scan should tell us.
tl;dr: We're running a scan, you should too. Whoever finds the virus first, loses. Go!

I have been seeing it, too... but not just here.
In fact, I can't recall any specific instance where I got it here.
I use FF at home and work, and I NEVER get it at work. LOL Their tech support is better than mine.
