Leave Feedback

I just completed a trade with another new member on this site ( Frosty1818 ) the trade went down well.
i cannot find a leave feedback link is that the same as posting a reference?
or am i just an idiot?

Feedback is a reference yes.
Select the tab that says "Post a Reference".
Make sure you put their name in correctly (otherwise it won't register properly) and make sure you wait until after the approval page. When it tells you it has been registered then you can close out or browse elsewhere. If you do not wait then it will not register.

Is it possible to change feedback once you give it? If for example the fact that you gave negative feedback encourages the person to do whats right, could I then change the feedback to neutral?

You post in the Have Questions? forum and an admin can take care of it.
IMO, I don't know that you SHOULD change it though.

Under those circumstances, we're not likely to remove it and, as only ONE ref is allowed per trade, you aren't allowed to leave a "follow up" ref once they make good.
