I got up this morning and I had a positive reference from someone I have never done any business with. How do I get it fixed, or what do I do about it?

That's very honest of you, and I hope I'm not out of line speaking for the majority, but we appreciate that.
The admins here can fix it. Just shoot one of them the details in a PM and they can get the issue cleared. It won't change your number until the next time you obtain feedback, but it will be cleared if someone does a search. I know as this happened with me once before as well.
