Can't select European country in references

Can't select European country in references

Hi. I am attempting to leave feedback for a transaction with an Italian. After selecting Europe for "Country/Region," there are no choices available on the pulldown menu for "State/Country." As this is a required field, I can't leave feedback. Any ideas?

I've sent a message to a admin. just hold on to that reference, it should be fixed soon.
info about shipping: Lower ratting pays/ship first and I live in Canada.
