I recommend reading the rules post first.

Then you post an ad by creating a topic. The other guy can pay you by paypal an then you ship.

Good start. If you're selling them, you'll post them in the Warhammer Fantasy forum.

That is between you and the buyer. Most people prefer to use PayPal. Flimsy though it is, they do offer SOME protections tp the buyer and seller. Many use Money Orders, cashier's checks or (something I STRONGLY advise against) cash sent via US Mail.

Honestly? You're not. There is no such guarantee. There are things you can do to minimize your risk, but you have no 100% guarantee.
Risk minimizers:
-Only accept payment before you ship. Fair warning, you won't get a lot of interest if this is your "go to" option, especially with high rated traders.

-Look for high rated traders to be your preferred trade partners. As a general rule, the higher the traders rating is, the less likely you are to have problems and, if you DO have a problem (nobody's perfect, after all), they're more likely to make it right in the swiftest, best, most efficient manner possible.
Although we do not use it as a bargaining chip (and in fact, Admin staff will boot ANYONE trying to use it to their benefit in a trade), the truth is that staff members (Red or Green IDs) are vetted members of the site who have an added level of trust and responsibility. We all VOLUNTEER our time to keep the site moving as smoothly as possibly. It is a labor of love and, as such, we're less likely to steer you wrong in a trade (also because, if an Admin finds a staffer being a desreputable trader, we'll boot him from the group).

-Use a tracking number in ALL shipments. Most USPS shipments automatically come with tracking now. Make sure it does. If no, add on the extra $$ to do it. Having that tracking #, which shows when the package arrived, will protect YOU, in case the recipient ever tries to say it wasn't received. It's YOUR responsibility to ensure that it makes it to his doorstep. If the USPS leaves it there and it gets stolen, it's HIS liability (in our official opinion), because he should know what kind of area he lives in and have USPS hold packages if necessary.

Lower rating? You ship first.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Is anyone else bothered by the fact that he put trading in quotes? 'Trading'... as if it needs quotes cause what we do here is quasi-trading.

He's selling and doesn't consider that the same as trading. At least that's my opinion from whathe wrote.
