Charity Event Help Questions

Im just wondering who do I contact to perhaps get BTs support for a Charity event to be held next year? At this point the event planners are just getting over the 2 month drag race it took to get this years event to happen so nothing is set in stone. Sorry to say that but Id like to find out some information now so that there is no real rush.
