Two feedbacks for same trade

I recently had issues with a trade with member tschurm, entirely on my end, and the issue was resolved with him. I have not logged into the site in some time (relating to the same issues that came up with the trade) and I found he was able to leave me negative feedback twice on the same trade. There were communication problems on my end and while I'm willing to take a negative hit from this, especially considering the problems were on my end, I don't think I should have to suffer two negative feedback results from one issue. What should I do?

PM a staff member.. (I suggest the ones in RED letters.. they have the ability to alter feedback etc).

HOWEVER, it would behoove you to have a PM record of what happened.. (just throwing that out there)

2+2=5 for sufficiently large values of 2.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

I use the Unofficial Porkuslime Trading Guidelines - if you have way less refs.. you ship first.
