Increasing rep.

Hi, I've done two successful trades through bartertown and a few through reddit. My question is how do I and the people I've traded with go about increasing our reps.

First, ONLY the trades that go/start/originate through Bartertown are eligible for improving your references. I only stress this because a trade done on reddit does not count here unless it involved Bartertown.

Assuming the above qualification is met, the other trader has to click the "post a reference" tab above, then fill it out and submit it. You should do the same for your Bartertown trade partners. If you have completed a trade, then fill out the form and submit. I normally confirm with the other trader that they are satisfied and we are good to post feedback.

If you have left a reference for someone, and they have not left one for you, then just send them a polite PM asking them to leave your reference. Most folks do not mind, and likely just got tied up and forgot. Or don't know how to do it.

Some good info, but one small error. A trade must do more than just involve BTown. To qualify for a ref, it must originate here.
