Can i post pic from my phone, and if so how do i do it?

You sure can.
Click 'Full Editor & Preview'

On the bottom you have two tabs, choose attachments.

Click the 'Add Files' button.

Same thing applies for creating new ads. Just make sure you are in 'Full Editor & Preview' mode when you make your ad.
