Really? I never saw the art you are talking about.(so not disagreeing with you.) They have alot of neat pics though.

It looks like Gamma World or Goblinoid Games- Mutant Future.
The art is very good. I ordered it- so I'll let you know how the actual game play is.

I'm still going through it, so hard to give a detailed review at the moment. There is a lot of material up on the website (plus a lot more once you become a member of the SOE), which might help give you a feel. The system "seems" pretty crunchy, with LOTS of tables...working for me so far, bu YMMV. Will post again once I can give a better description.

You can get the PDF over at DTRPG for $12; I believe that there will be print options available there shortly as well.
