This first post will be dedicated to my color "recipes" in case anyone else wants to match what I've done.
I use a lot of shorthand abbreviations. Here's a guide:

Abbreviations Glossary

• AP = Army Painter

And there you have it. And people wonder why I'm such a slow painter!

Here's the first batch of 12 Boyz done using the methods above. They're not going to win major painting awards, but they're much better than your standard "tabletop" paint level!









If I have bandwidth at the end of the project I'll circle back and add Black dags and maybe black flames to the yellow armor bits. For now though, speed is of the essence!

First squad's Nob is now complete.

Finally finished the Warboss I'm contributing to the project. I did some basic work on the base as he's standing on the tactical metal plate and his pose is a bit awkward without it. Click on thumbnails for larger pics.
