Plastic Shame

I've been collecting for a few years now and my acquisitions have outpaced my progress, I have about 2k points of necrons done and maybe 300 points of orks.

The pics are in order : all my NIB orks and necrons, the last necron battle force of 3, a box full of ork bikers, lots of AOBR orks, ~60 genestealers, and a tyrant

Just wanted to see if I'm alone in the crushing weight of my plastic shame.

I haven't taken stock lately. A quick check of an outdated Warmachine/Hordes list shows me at 816 models - at least 750 of which are unpainted. I can field several of Da Green Tide apoc Ork formations - they're all unpainted. (Say, 300 Orks, more or less?) Probably 100 or more unpainted Marines. Plus my unpainted Ogre Kingdoms, my Skaven, my Orcs, and then I can move on to Flames of War (Soviet Strelkovy batalion is a lot of figs, plus Germans and Brits), and a bunch of 28mm plastic romans and celts.

Yeah, it's kind of a problem. It's not getting better - I bought into the Reaper Bones kickstarter. That's going to be another 200+ figs, come next spring.

You are far from alone.
