Good robot figures? Collossals suggestions...

So, with Collossals coming out for Warmachine, I really would enjoy being able to play one, but am not interested in the steep price tag. I was thinking that, with some conversion work, a 6-8" model or figure of a robot would be workable, however, I've had no luck finding anything.

The best I've come up with is a Big Daddy figure, which has the right aesthetic (steampunk) and size (around 7"), but the fabric isn't great...

I'm mostly looking for mercs (which would be pretty flexible) and Cygnar (sciency could work), though I wouldn't pass up something for Khador

Any suggestions?
