Ancientsociety's Random Blog (10/29 Crate Stacks)

Post by ancientsociety »

So, yeah, here's some of the stuff I've finished. Leave a comment, ask me some questions, mercilessly rip on my mediocre painting skills...or whatever.

Here's a rundown of my ork army - Da Krimson Klawz - which I completed earlier this year and never got around to posting pics of until now. (click on an image to zoom and vote on my Dakka gallery). Enjoy!

Trading Guidelines:
1. Lower rating ships first - even if I am purchasing.
2. If you agree to buy something, you have 72hrs. in which to pay. If payment is not received in 72hrs., I will automatically post a Non-Payment/Backout thread.
3. Refs are left upon positive receipt of goods, NEVER beforehand!
4. I accept Paypal & USPS money orders and charge for shipping AT COST. I make no profit from it.
5. I trade NIB/new models at retail.

Just a quick post. Haven't had much time to paint my Reaper minis (though I'm currently workign on the Urban Legend Sophie), this has been the only one I've been able to finish. This is my first experiment with OSL lighting from the interior of his cloak.

Enjoy!

I love the Orks!! I especially like the Trukks and Battlewagon. Can I suggest that you flock the bases of your Deffkoptas?? That horrid shine really stands out and who doesn't like playing with rocks and glue anyway?? Overall great job, keep the pics coming it helps motivate me.

God, I haven't seen a Deathwatch shoulder pad in ages! He looks good though. I assume that's a resin base??? Never seen those before, they're pretty cool. Nice job!

The base is a (sadly) OOP Armorcast base.
