15mm weapons sprues?

Finally decided to finish up several decade long DBM Ancients projects so I can free up excess lead for new DBA armies to swap or sell.
One of my problems is that many of my veteran armies have a multitude of figures with broken or missing blade type weapons.
The easy fix is to replace them with brass rod as spears but this can change the look of the stand from blades to simple spear and make things confusing.
The question is:
Do's anyone make 15mm weapons sprues?
