Leman Russ Exterminator autocannons

Odd question, but does anyone know what the outer diameter of the Russ Exterminator's autocannon barrels is? I have a bunch of the old, metal Chaos Dread autocannon arms, but the barrels need some extension to look truly menacing. I was curious if the Exterminator barrels would be a match. barring that, anyone have a reliable, well-stocked internet seller for Evergreen plastic tubing?
