Warhammer (WHFB) Bit size inquiry

Post by MagickalMemories »

I don't play WHFB or know much about most of the models in the range.

Can anyone tell me the approximate size on this bit:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/WARHAMMER-BITS- ... 4cfa9dbc32

Specifically, I'm trying to find out how it's size relates to a 40K plying base and if it will fit FULLY on the base, or if it will overlap at any point (and by how much). So, if you've got any sort of a size comparison pic, all the better.

Thanks in advance!

Eric

Semi/kind of/partially related/unrelated question...

Does anyone know the diameter on the two roughly circular bits at the top of this pic?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/WARHAMMER-BITS- ... 53ec23e806

For the record:
I'm scouring feebay for bits to use on my 100% converted Necron Army. The first auction would make interesting decorations for a flyer base and this would make an interesting cannon of some sort if I replaced the Warpstone piece on the front.

Thanks.

Based on the Sprue Pic here:

http://bitzbarn.com/oscommerce/catalog/ ... ts_id=9285

That lizard piece looks about the same size as an Ogre's Torso, so I would say not.

Thanks, wg.

Of course, that makes it worth FAR less than $4.50 to me! : )

It would be hard to fit on a 40 mm base, but should fit well on a 50 mm base though it would dominate it
I will ship out of the US please let me know within the first post where you are if not in the US, it does affect how the trade goes some times. Thanks Also lower rank ships first, and I always want to both use and receive a tracking number so I can know when to expect things.

Well the length of this part is like 3.5 inches long as I remember it, so it is fairly narrow, it is designed to be a cannon like weapon for rat-like creatures. It might be a little big as a staff of some sort if that is your plan :)
