I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Your best bet would be putting up an advert in your barracks area, community mailroom, and the community center. All usually have billboards for such things. Also, contrary to popular belief, most Germans speak English. They are required to take the course in school. The only reason they don't is because they do not want to look stupid trying to speak it.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

There are a handful of players in the vilseck/ grafenwoehr area. I'm trying to get a group together now. It seems like once people get stationed over here they take a break in order to travel or party. As much as I hate it I started using the Facebook to find people in the area to play.
Anyone in the vilseck/ Graf area interested in playing. Pm me.
Please respond, even if it's just to say no.
- I pack all my items securely with bubble wrap, I ask you do the same
- I work nights for the army so my schedule is beyond frustrating. Please have patience when corresponding with my as my perception of work hours are bit ........tricky
- C'mon people let's barter. I mean the name of the place we are doing this is called bartertown
If I owe you a ref, shoot me a message to let me know
