given my one instance of playing.. kinda fun, but the combat card system really stinks. Left us jaded gamers wanting SOMETHING better than (essentially) rock-paper-scissors.
2+2=5 for sufficiently large values of 2.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

I use the Unofficial Porkuslime Trading Guidelines - if you have way less refs.. you ship first.

Folks I am awaiting a ref from.. Zack

If you are experienced board gamers. I would suggest Game of Thrones board game. Especially the 6 player expansion. Every game is a serious event, and totally different from the previous. My group really enjoys it. None of the serious flaws that we notice on most board games. Well The Red faction is a little underpowered in the original game but the 6 player expansion rectifies that.

The painting bet my wife and I were in ends this weekend, so I guess we find out if we (who HAVE finished) get free food and a movie form any losers. Regardless, all of the bettors will be going out for lunch and a movie (in the near future) so it should be fun.

Lunch on Saturday with friends (celebrating a birthday) and lunch on Sunday with my family (another birthday celebration). Taking a break from painting before my next project.

Heading to Miniature Market to buy the GK codex on Saturday, then on to 40K.
We only play until 8 tomorrow, though. The group has reservations for dinner with our wives/significant others.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.
