Price it out by the pound. Sliding scale to get a bit cheaper with each extra pound you buy. I can only imagine how much the shipping may be.
I sure would like to know if that Van Saar stubber I am looking for is in there (no one will miss a few grams...)

Using Flat Rate Priority will be your best shipping option. Same price up to 70 pounds depending on the size of the box.

If you feel like sorting, I would recommend dividing up between 40K and Fantasy if you have a mix there. Then break into smaller lots based on army if possible. The grab bag option is also good if you don't feel like sorting much.

I'm with Wolfie.
Sorting it would be best. Sorting by force is optimal, and by game system being second. You'll get more interest in individual lots than you would from a random grab bag.
Price should be dependent on what you have. A bunch of old gargoyles aren't worth as much as, say, a bunch of old Screamer Killers or a Genestealer Patriarch, Magi or 'stealer familiars (Is there a patriarch, magi and/or familiars, BTW?).

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Thanks for the replies. I gonna sort everything and sell in smaller lots. This will help buyers know what they are getting. Admin can lock this.
