VIETNAM STL's

I purchased the STL's on a kickstarter promotion. Knowing that I did not have room for them on my laptop. I had the kickstarter send them to a commercial painter. With my concurrence, the painter, not having a printer himself, sent them off to an associate, a commercial printer to print the models when we were ready. The printer is not responding to my painter. Does anyone have the STLs or know of a printer, who has them?

You should get a hold of the original Kickstarter and let them know what happened and have them send them to you again.

As per the ToS for digital items through Kickstarter, you cannot purchase them after the fact unless specifically allowed to (usually requires a license), which means you can't actually come here and ask for them.

It's frustrating, yes - but I would first reach out to the Kickstarter first. If they refuse, then reach out to the painter that was sent the files, as the responsibility then goes to him.
