Compared to GW (dwarfs and in general) how does the Avatar of war line measure up? Are the Dwarf and Chaos (Like) minis the same size? Smaller/Larger? I wanted to pick up some of the minis but was hoping to get an idea of the size before I did. Any input would be helpful !

I have an Avatars of War Chaos Marauder dude and he is the same size as a normal Marauder, maybe a tiny bit taller (I use him as a stand in Wulfrik because I hate the GW one). Felix (the creator of Avatars of War) used to work for GW so his scale fits very well. I cannot say for the dwarf line but the Chaos stuff looks nice and fits with GW stuff.

EDIT: Here is a side by side of a few GW models with the AoW guy in the middle. All of my Marauders are actually Ungors now (I traded the actual ones for these for my Werewolf theme), but you can see the champ and the other warrior along with the wizard. He fits well in a unit though, and so I think you should be okay with whatever you get.
