I hope a Dark eldar player can help me for this.

I would like to know if a Dark Eldar Hellion skyboard is the same size as a Dark Eldar beatmaster skyboard.

Because it's metal, it's bulkier. It won't be as thin or delicate looking.

Are you asking because you're contemplating using a Hellion in place of a Beastmaster? If that's the case, you'll be fine.

I'm actually contemplating puttings Orks on skyboard.

I just want to make sure the skyboard is no too small so it does not look silly.

They're Orks.
It's gonna look silly. LOL

Wingspan and the like, though I've never seen any in person, seem to be about the same on the beastmaster as on the Hellions, if not narrower even.

If you're going to do it, I'd suggest the Hellions. If nothing else, they'll be cheaper.
Plus, with plastic on plastic, you can use plastic glue to make the bond permanent. With the precarious nature of the fit, every extra bit of help will be nice.
