It started like this, I was looking to trade my Vampire Counts army to Kyle in exchange for some Hordes Everblight, and we agreed on the exchange, I sent it to him on October 13th with a tracking # CX257788740CA with Canada post. It arrived on the 27th, I shipped first due to low reference which, I didn't have a problem, but asked when my parcel will be shipped with a tracking number only to find out that he's avoiding my private messages. I've dealt here on Btown for awhile now and never had any problems with dealing with anyone, they were all very good people that I dealt with, till now, very slow communication with Kyle, takes forever for him to respond. On November 2nd, he tells me that he finally got my models that I sent him and that he will send my models in return but forgot my address, I have not recieved anything, this will be my last dealing with this person.

Finally got my hands on the models, it ended up being a pain in the back since every time they tried to deliver it I was at work. In any case I will be shipping today at noon, but I can't seem to find your mailing address - would you mind resending it so I can send these out today? Thanks!

Actually I have not, but I kinda needed to talk to you about that. See I thought that the Spirit Hosts were actual GW models, not just random ones you made up. This is my fault for not reading carefully enough, I admit that, but I hope you can understand my reluctance to trade for about $15 worth of models for my $100. I have a couple solutions though that would work out, so let me know what you think.

1 – I could just not accept the package and it’ll go back to you. I would then PayPal you some money to cover your costs of shipping and we can just pretend this never happened.

2- I take the package and send you a $35 check along with my models. You then send the rest of your skeletons.

I apologize for creating this situation but I think either of those is a fair option so you aren’t left hanging in the breeze. Thanks!

I would be interested in your hordes models legion of everblight, here is a list of what I have in a Vampire army, let me know if anything interests you.

1 new rule book (hardly used)
1 Von Carstein with sword Mounted
3 necromancer, one on foot and 2 mounted
1 Blood dragon on winged nightmare (assembled)
60 skeleton warriors and 20 more on sprues ( last edition) (assembled and some painted)
5 spirit host of 3 (assembled and primed white, used ramdom models) 15 models
5 black knights (assembled, last edition)

Small suggestion: reformat the post to be in chronological order. In other words, order the PMs in the order in which they happened - oldest to newest. Right now you have them newest to oldest which makes it nearly impossible to trace through as we don't read bottom to top.

Hi, not sure how to put this, but I'm getting very impatient here, I get the feeling that you're trying to scam me for the models that I sent you on October 13th, I also get the feeling that you're giving me excuses after excuses and now you're not responding to my pm's, now, did you send my models from our agreed trade?

Wow. . .quite the interesting progression. First off, I'd point out that he already had a negative ref from August. Personally, if someone has a recent negative reference, I would insist that they ship first regardless of feedback ratings. Also, he tried to switch up the conditions of the deal, after they arrived, claiming he hadn't received them yet but he just happened to look at the pictures randomly and notice a major detail he didn't see before? Did he, in fact, post the PayPal money to your account?

Yes, he did pay me to my paypal account, I insisted on it, but my beef is with the earlier post, 10 skeleton and all spirit hosts for his Everblight models, in which he agreed too and that I made no claim that they were original sprirt host, I stated that I use random models to use as spirit hosts.

I'm NOT saying this as a DEFINITE, but it's POSSIBLE you might be jumping the gun.

While it's not good form, it's possible that your models have been sent, and he has just not logged into Bartertown for 9 days.

Really, nine days is not a tremendous amount of time to wait for US/Canada trades to arrive, unfortunately.

The report will stay for now, since you don't have a package, tracking number, or even so much as a PM or email from Adhesive. If it turns out later that he shipped it in a reasonable amount of time, we'll worry about removing it then.

So he never sent you back the Everblight models you sent in the first deal? Just out of curiosity, did the package you sent to him have your return address on it?

Yes, all packages that I send out has my return address on it, if and when I recieve the models, I will owe him an appologie in which I will be man enough to do, but as of now it doesn't look good, and yes it was 0 days, but I've kept constant contact with everyone that I've dealt with, I'm never let an email unanswered.

In Kyles defense I traded with him a few weeks ago and everything went smoothly, but who am I to judge.

I had a package take over 2 months to get there & it was a small book.

Yes, I know I may be jumping thr gun here, but when you're in constant contact and all of the sudden it's like he disappears off the face of the earth with no returning emails, makes me start wondering, if I am wrong then I will post an appology, communication was good at first, and towards the end it took forever for him to respond to nothing at all.

•If you have tried contacting the other party and they have not replied to your satisfaction within a reasonable time,
•If they are being deceptive (and you can prove it) or otherwise ignoring you,
•If you don't get what you bought,
•If the items arrive in a different condition than what they were
