Retalitory Feedback From Glacius to Me

Well glacius and I had a deal. He agreed to send me a MO but never sent it. I sent a PM asking if he sent. He read the message and did not respond. I left a negative feedback as a warning to others and he retaliated and left a negative because and only cuase I left negative for him. The thing that made my spidey senses tingle was his always pushing for rush delivery and simul sending.

IMO just reading his feedback says alot but I have included the PM's for good measure.

Is it possible to get this feedback removed from my record?

Here is a copy of each respective feedback and our PM's

My feedback left for him:
Bad 02/26/08 19:22:08 ??? gianmh@gmail.com ( 14 ) kbolster54321@yahoo.com CA California, United States of America 66509
Comments: Agreed to a deal, told me the MO would go out. I waited for two weeks. I sent a PM that was moved from MY Outbox to Sent Box asking if he was still intersted. Another week later I got no response. I feel this is a broken deal and if he had just let me know in a timely mater I would not have to leave this feedback. It's a common curtousy thing really. If he can't simply say he's not interested then what is he going to do during other deals. Be Warned.

His Feedback for me:
Bad 02/26/08 22:08:58 kbolster54321@yahoo.com ( -6 ) gianmh@gmail.com , United States of America 66514
Comments: Left a bad reference and we did not even exchange any product, or funds Watch out for this guy.

$110 shipped and I can only except Postal MO's. If that's okay my address is:

Kevin Bolster
1936 Stump Rd.
Marcellus NY 13108

just added the address becuase it's Sat Morning and if you wanted to run out quick you may be able to get in the mail earlier. I would get it earlier and be able to get your stuff to you earlier. But there is no pressure.

Kevin

hey,

Sorry I can't simul send. I did look at your e-Bay feedback but that's not the same as B-town. I very well couldn't leave feedback on e-Bay if our trade didn't go well. And a feedback of 4 really wouldn't stop you from just opening a new name if your went south. I have been here long enough that, while I bet you are honest, I know better.
Sorry if it's a deal breaker but I have to protect myself.

Please LMK,
Kevin

I really need money order. That way there's no chance of it bouncing as it's prepaid.

Yes I will send priority with Delivery confirmation.

These are assembled well. No huge gaps but some mold lines might need cleaning up. 2 Bulls are primed black and come with rare earth magnets imbeded in their left arm so that they can fitted with fist or xtra weapon.

My address is...

Kevin Bolster
PO box 170
130 E. Main St.
Elbridge NY 13060

It's my work address. It's an elementary school that I work at. You can look me up I believe the school website is jecsd.org? Jordan Elbridge Central School District. If you want.

Thanks

Lin does not like it when he gets PMs from people who do not share the whole story. It makes him think they are trying to trick him into acting before he knows the entire situation. He likes it even less when he gets the whole story from the accused party's posting of the PM log and it reveals the accuser of being very much in the wrong.
----------------------
Of course, why I post that in the 3rd person is beyond my capacity...

Still, unless Glacius has a VERY GOOD EXPLANATION for this I sense a Banhammer in his future.

Isn't the whole story there? I believe it's a collection of all the PM's. There were quite a few. Is it confusing because of the way I have organized it. My PM's to him and his to me instead of cronological order?

Maybe all that 3rd person stuff is throwing me off? :-?

I am tired and need things put simple right now. Thanks

I don't believe he was upset with you. It looks like Glacius was attempting subtrefuge with Lin as well.

Odd thing - I just completed a Deal with glacius. Paid quickly, completely and without any prompting from me. I was going to leave him a Good Ref (as soon as he confirmed that he had received the AT-43 rulebook sent). Looks like I won't be able to now.

by kbolster12345
Just a shot in the dark here but I would wager he spent the money that was ear marked for the ogres on the AT-43 stuff? Just speculationg and I probably shouldn't do that.

I am glad that your transaction went better than mine. I wasn't really all that upset about him backing out it was more that he didn't tell me about it. Then I got thinking about how there was some presure to simul send and stuff. Also if I was someone else (maybe someone with less feedback than myself) and was about to trade with him I would want to know about this sort of thing so that I could make an informed decission. Hence the feedback I left. I really don't like leaving Neg feedback but I really thought appropriate.

Where he really got in trouble was when he left feedback for me. And that ruffled a few of my feathers.

Not being in chronological order did throw me off a bit, but AdamSouza is correct. I was not directing my ire towards you. My apologies for the lack of clarity.

Also - I deleted two double-posts I found in here.

Grammar and punctuation are your friends. Glacius has been informed of his pending ban; though given everything the delay is really to let everyone ELSE know he's about to get booted.

Really just another example of people not reading the rules. So much so that he really thought he was in the right apparently when he contacted Lin.
If people would just take the 5 minutes that it takes to check out the rules so many of our headaches could be avoided...

No, my friend. He was trying to pull one over on Lin again.
Read the guy's PM again, below, and note the section I emboldened and changed color on:

Never responded to his queries after their initial discussion?
The guy agreed to the trade and SAID he was sending the money out.

He was outright lying.

The only queries he never responded to were the "Where's my money?" queries.
