Yujirohanma posted an ad for an Infinity Paradiso rulebook for sale. We agreed on a price ($30 shipped), and I paid him immediately using PayPal on 9/10. After hearing nothing for 4 days, I inquired for a status and was told he would ship it in the following afternoon. That was the last communication from him. I then emailed the address from the PayPal payment with another inquiry for status on 9/23. I received a PM from Blackyujiro on 9/24 stating that he is Yujirohanma's parent and would follow up. I requested that if it wasn't sent yet, to issue a refund, which he eventually agreed to do on 9/26. I have yet to receive my refund.

It's now been 15 days since I paid with no resolution. If I haven't received a response by 9 PM Eastern time today with either a tracking number or a refund, I will have no other choice but to open a dispute with PayPal.
I can appreciate that you're trying to fix your kid's mistake, but I've spent more time on this than anyone should have to, and I've been more than patient.

SUPPORTING INFORMATION:
I looked around online for a bit to see if there was some history, but it didn't turn up anything useful. The searchable information I have is on the parent who owns the PayPal account anyway.
FOLLOW THROUGH:
I opened an "Item not received" dispute with PayPal this morning to try and get my money back that way. Hopefully, it can be resolved that way.
