If the great & benevolent Mods decide I need to keep the negative- thats fine. I dont agree, but I'll accept it. But you need to think what kind of message that sends new members with low ratings.

Don't get snippy, SS. The proverbial wheels of justice turn slowly, and if you've followed situations like this in the past you should have a pretty good idea of how it'll turn out (barring of course extraordinary evidence to the contrary).

Yes I did loose a stack of postage receipts in a hasty cleanup.
Yes I did contact the postoffice
Yes it takes time to get an answer from a Government agency

I replied in like manner and most of them were sarcastic comments. I lowered myself to your level and that is my fault.
