Bad Trader Report for "steck"
Posted: Sat May 23, 2009 5:44 pm
hello,
pretty basic really. we both had small dollar amounts of bits that the other wanted. we sent at the same time. and neither of us used confirmation due to the small dollar amount. he received the shipment i sent. i to this day have never received anything from him. he states he's shipped again after the first failed attempt. after sending a bunch of PMs, he's finally stopped replying. i even have 5 PMs still in my out box that he's never "received". his profile shows he hasn't logged in since March. i get the impression he's a kid, and probably has forgotten all about it. i mainly don't won't him to get away with this one and then turn around and try to do something similar to someone else for a greater dollar amount.
here's most of our back and forth:

i have the three shells off the sprue, the smoak stacks, the TL hvy flamers, a mallet, a box with the flying skull, a pair of antenas, an extra road wheel, the head with a targeting thing, the shoulder pads (all four) a standing body with a greatcoat, and the right pointing arm. i also cut off the main cannon and the co-axal mount, i did a good cut on the cannon, but the co-axal mount is cut at an angle, these would look great on an ork vehicle though.
ill try and get pics up this weekend
im looking for chaos marines (most anything and guard bits (msg me about these).

hey,
did you want cadian or catachan?
i've got both. the catachan are the
more "muscled up" of the 2, and
might make better heretics, imho.
i can get a pile of bits together and
email you pics if you want.
my email is ###################.

i'll take it all. i'm not that interested in the barrels, though.
i gathered up enough bits to
make 5 of each type. i also
threw in some 3 voxes, 4 grenade launchers,
sgt bits, ammo packs... basicly enough to fill almost
2 open palms. i'd feel better showing you what i'm
offering. do you ever go to ( a gaming forum)?
here's a link my gallery on ++++++. i put the pics
on there. they're all new from the sprue.

the 2 pics of the bit piles are what i'm offering.

i'm cool with shipping at the same

earliest i can ship. since they're

shipping first class w/o confirmation.
the last time i tried to ship first class
w/ confirmation the jacked it up to priority.
lmk what you want to do.

if you want my $.02, i think it was because you mailed it
from your house. i've been really lucky taking my stuff
to the actual brick and mortar post office. just my opinion.
and if anything shows up twice, i will ship back the extra.
thanks

hey
i did a little research at the post office this morning. i found out that if you send it in "thin" paper like envelope, they run it through a machine. they told me they get hung up and destoyed in the machine. so if you mail something that's not paper, use a padded envelope or box. not sure if that aplies to how you mailed the bits, but FYI.

i took it up there, and they said i had to send it a specal way because of that... it cost me about $.60 more

so at the risk of sounding like a broken record, you re-mailed the bits on the 14th? when you had to get the special packaging, right?

i'm sure you won't get this message either. i'm sending a letter to the mailing address i have for you. if you don't reply to it or respond to some of these messages im going to file a BTR on you. sorry, but i don't know what else to do at this point.
as you can see, no reply from him after March 21st. i tried to be patient. and i think i waited long enough. so, if anyone has any dealings with him in the future, beware.
