Erzengel86- Robi Post- BAD TRADER

After almost 2 months of trying to get this trade resolved, it looks like it is time to post the dreaded BTR. The trader's real name is Robi Post from Powhatan Va. Repeated attempts by first me and then gpfredette (Watchman) have lead nowhere- Robi refuses to send me the missing part and has chosen to ignore his obligation. Legal tracking numbers only show a package was shipped- it does not list the final destination. I have gotten burned before by trusting a DC#. I am sorry but I can't do it, not without a 50 rating or higher on Btown. I don't accept personal refs, ebay ratings, etc- only Btown refs.

I got your package today and just realized one of the bike chassis is missing (I received all parts for 3 bikes but only 2 bike frames) Can you take a look and see if you still have it?

If you mailed again on the 6th then the bike chassis is probably lost since it's been 8 days and I have not received anything. Unfortunately it's looking like this trade is not going to work out. I will mail you the Mek with KFF and all the bike bits I received from you. Please mail the battle sisters squad and cannoness back to me with DC# so I know it has been returned.

Umm don't send the ork stuff back ill just mail you a m/o for the price of the bike chassis... which would be what 10$? concitering you can get 3 entire bikes for 35. I'm not sending back models that i have already put time into so truthfully refund is not an option.. I mean either way ill be out 10$ because if you aren't receiving the chassis then I lost that as well.

Honestly, I am not real happy with this trade. You originally wanted to ship simultaneously, but agreed to ship first. Upon receiving an incomplete shipment from you, I agreed to ship your figs with the understanding that you would quickly mail out the missing pieces. Regardless of the reasons, this has not happened. Once again I am left in a situation where I must take your word that you are going to mail a MO. Since neither of the last 2 packages have arrived, you can understand how I am more than a bit hesitant to agree. This trade was finalized on Feb 19th and has not been completed after 25 days. In that time I have completed 12 trades without problems. If you can provide a legit tracking # after mailing out a 10.00 MO refund in a reasonable amount of time I will agree to give it one more shot. If not, we need to return each others' figs and leave neutral feedback. Let me know what you think.

2 weeks later and I still have not received the missing Ork bike chassis or compensation for the missing piece. This is starting to seem like a bad trade since you have stopped communicating. Just for reference, I have been trading on Btown for almost 9 years- in that time I have had several packages get lost and I have ALWAYS made good. It is YOUR responsibility to get your end of the trade to the other person. Simply throwing your hands in the air and saying "the PO lost your package twice" is not acceptable on Btown. I do not want to post a Bad Trader report over 1 Ork bike chassis, but you agreed to trade me 3 unassembled Ork bikers and the bottom line is I only received 2. I will give this 1 more week before filing a BTR. You have 4 options
1) send me the missing Ork bike chassis with Delivery Cofirmation
2) send me a MO for 10.00 with Delivery Confirmation
3) return the Cannoness and SOB battle squad- upon receipt I will send you back your figs
4) do nothing and receive a BTR
I think I have been more than understanding- how would you feel if I sent you a Cannoness and only 6 battle sisters? You would want the figs I agreed to send you or equal compensation regardless of whether the PO lost the package or not.

Let me introduce myself: my name is Gerry and I am a member of the Bartertown Watch, we are here to help traders of all calibers with problems and concerns they may have.
I am contacting you today because another member has asked me to step in and try and sort out an unresolved trade he has had with you. voodoopainter is quite upset with you for not completing the trade you begain with him on the 17th of February.
The trade in question was for a Big Mek & 3 Ork Bikes (from you) and a Box of Battle Sisters & a Cannoness (from him). He received your package and it was missing a bike chassis. He aggreed to ship the Sisters out on the condition that you sent the chassis. The chassis was returned to you for incorrect address and you resent it out and it became MIA in the mail system (you stated that you did not get a tracking number which was an oversite - always get a tracking number).
As he told you it is your responsability to make sure your trading partner receives everything that he agreed to trade for.
You are a new member here and I hope you want to do the right thing and complete this trade to everyones satisfaction.
I need to ask what you plan to do about completing this trade? He would like to have the chassis that was originally missing, if that is not possible then you will need to mail him a Money Order for the agreed amount of $10 priority with a tracking number (this is non-negotiable) to be PM'ed to him as soon as you have it.
I will need to hear back from you as to what your plans are by 11pm on Sunday the 5th of April.
If I do not hear from you then I will have no recourse but recomend that voodoopainter start a bad trader report on you and to leave you a bad reference (which will make your current reference of 4 a -6). I would also have to recomend that you take a vacation from this site - how long will depend on the administrators generosity.

So you think he is trying to scam you?
The only problem I see is you not having gotten a tracking number for the second time you sent the chassis - mistakes happen and the original chassis just got left out of the original package, it's ok as long as you make it right - which it sounds like you are willing to do.
So you will send out the replacement chassis when?
Please include me in the PM with the tracking number so that I can monitor the situatuation.

If you mailed again on the 6th then the bike chassis is probably lost since it's been 8 days and I have not received anything. Unfortunately it's looking like this trade is not going to work out. I will mail you the Mek with KFF and all the bike bits I received from you. Please mail the battle sisters squad and cannoness back to me with DC# so I know it has been returned.

Umm don't send the ork stuff back ill just mail you a m/o for the price of the bike chassis... which would be what 10$? concitering you can get 3 entire bikes for 35. I'm not sending back models that i have already put time into so truthfully refund is not an option.. I mean either way ill be out 10$ because if you aren't receiving the chassis then I lost that as well.

Honestly, I am not real happy with this trade. You originally wanted to ship simultaneously, but agreed to ship first. Upon receiving an incomplete shipment from you, I agreed to ship your figs with the understanding that you would quickly mail out the missing pieces. Regardless of the reasons, this has not happened. Once again I am left in a situation where I must take your word that you are going to mail a MO. Since neither of the last 2 packages have arrived, you can understand how I am more than a bit hesitant to agree. This trade was finalized on Feb 19th and has not been completed after 25 days. In that time I have completed 12 trades without problems. If you can provide a legit tracking # after mailing out a 10.00 MO refund in a reasonable amount of time I will agree to give it one more shot. If not, we need to return each others' figs and leave neutral feedback. Let me know what you think.

2 weeks later and I still have not received the missing Ork bike chassis or compensation for the missing piece. This is starting to seem like a bad trade since you have stopped communicating. Just for reference, I have been trading on Btown for almost 9 years- in that time I have had several packages get lost and I have ALWAYS made good. It is YOUR responsibility to get your end of the trade to the other person. Simply throwing your hands in the air and saying "the PO lost your package twice" is not acceptable on Btown. I do not want to post a Bad Trader report over 1 Ork bike chassis, but you agreed to trade me 3 unassembled Ork bikers and the bottom line is I only received 2. I will give this 1 more week before filing a BTR. You have 4 options
1) send me the missing Ork bike chassis with Delivery Cofirmation
2) send me a MO for 10.00 with Delivery Confirmation
3) return the Cannoness and SOB battle squad- upon receipt I will send you back your figs
4) do nothing and receive a BTR
I think I have been more than understanding- how would you feel if I sent you a Cannoness and only 6 battle sisters? You would want the figs I agreed to send you or equal compensation regardless of whether the PO lost the package or not.

Let me introduce myself: my name is Gerry and I am a member of the Bartertown Watch, we are here to help traders of all calibers with problems and concerns they may have.
I am contacting you today because another member has asked me to step in and try and sort out an unresolved trade he has had with you. voodoopainter is quite upset with you for not completing the trade you begain with him on the 17th of February.
The trade in question was for a Big Mek & 3 Ork Bikes (from you) and a Box of Battle Sisters & a Cannoness (from him). He received your package and it was missing a bike chassis. He aggreed to ship the Sisters out on the condition that you sent the chassis. The chassis was returned to you for incorrect address and you resent it out and it became MIA in the mail system (you stated that you did not get a tracking number which was an oversite - always get a tracking number).
As he told you it is your responsability to make sure your trading partner receives everything that he agreed to trade for.
You are a new member here and I hope you want to do the right thing and complete this trade to everyones satisfaction.
I need to ask what you plan to do about completing this trade? He would like to have the chassis that was originally missing, if that is not possible then you will need to mail him a Money Order for the agreed amount of $10 priority with a tracking number (this is non-negotiable) to be PM'ed to him as soon as you have it.
I will need to hear back from you as to what your plans are by 11pm on Sunday the 5th of April.
If I do not hear from you then I will have no recourse but recomend that voodoopainter start a bad trader report on you and to leave you a bad reference (which will make your current reference of 4 a -6). I would also have to recomend that you take a vacation from this site - how long will depend on the administrators generosity.

So you think he is trying to scam you?
The only problem I see is you not having gotten a tracking number for the second time you sent the chassis - mistakes happen and the original chassis just got left out of the original package, it's ok as long as you make it right - which it sounds like you are willing to do.
So you will send out the replacement chassis when?
Please include me in the PM with the tracking number so that I can monitor the situatuation.

I hate do do this but I am going to give you until 11pm your time on Sunday April 12, 2009 to respond, preferable with a message that the chassis went out and what the tracking number is.
If I have not heard from you by then I will recommend that voodoopainter file a Bad Trader Report on you, that he file a negative reference and I will recomend to the Admins that you take a little vacation.
