After some reflection I have decided to stop waiting for a shipment that will likely never arrive, open a BTR and open a Paypal dispute. Should the goods arrive or should the_trader make good with a refund I will post. Here is the thread that documents our trade:

Should the goods arrive, or if we can come to a reasonable conclusion (ie you refund me the $100 I have paid) then I'll close the dispute and revise the BTR.

Do you have a tracking number for this shipment? It has not arrived as of December 3; do you have any sense of how long it usually takes?
