Been a while since I've had to post here. Trade started on 6 Oct 08. No contact since 21 Oct 08. Shipped my end of the deal (bits trade) never received the items he promised. Just wanted to post this as a warning for others. I will post a bad trader in the ITL after one week to give this guy a chance to reconcile.

I have four off the space marine jump packs, Do you have any meltaguns or terminator lighting claws?

I know I have a few meltaguns but I may not have any more lightning claws. When I get home I'll take a look in the bits box and get back to you.

I'm out of lightning claws but I do have 2 melta guns, 1 plastic, 1 metal, and 3 multimeltas, 1 plastic, 1 metal, and 1 metal from the attack bike.

Sorry ended up working 14 hours yesterday. I have currently 4 of the metal space marine jump packs avalible for trade.

I noticed your not replying to my inquiries about the trade we made. I have not received the promised items nor have you contacted me. As it stands I will be forced to file a bad trader report on you here and also file a mail fraud claim with the USPS. If you do not contact me within 48 hours I will follow through on these processes.

Those PM's in your outbox indicate to me that he has not acutally been on the site to read them yet. I did a search on him, and it looks like he has not visited this site since Oct 21. This really has only been a week since you tried shaking his tree, and he may not have had a chance to see those. However, since you and he agreed on the trade on the 10th there is no reason for the package (if mailed) to have not arrived. I see that you and he did exchange addresses.. and he agreed to the trade with a "cool" .. so... he should have mailed.

Did you try to reach him at all thru other means before filing this BTR? (just wondering.. )

Yes I did. No e-mail to contact on his profile. I tried to look up his phone number by his address and name. No such luck. Unlisted. He received the PM on the 21st and did not reply. And as you said, hasn't been on since.

Let's see if I have this straight:
Oct. 10 he said "cool" (meaning you have a deal) and gave his address
Oct. 14, you shipped without DC, and without notification
Oct. 21, you started inquiry and it was his last login
Oct. 27, you notify that you need a reply or will open BTR
Oct. 29, you open this BTR

IMO, you're probably a few days early on opening the BTR and filing for mail fraud. Generally, I'd expect you to allow a (little) bit more time, rather than popping a 48-hour clock where no clock was agreed upon. Mostly, because *you* were slack in setting timeline expectation.

Hopefully, this goes OK and it's just you jumping the gun.
