Ok, Aaron. With the help of other members of Bartertown, I know now that you have been reading the messages I have been sending and I will be following up on reporting you as a bad trader. I'm annoyed and 3 messages with no replies and saying you sent payment at least 2 weeks ago is garbage man.
I want my cash or I want the models replaced. I have had this happen before and I won't put up with it. I sent you brand new models and I got nada.
I have no problems with going to the police in your hometown as I have had people in other cities try this before.

Why dose this ONE message got through WHEN I THREATEN TO GO TO THE POLICE and I have NOTHING else in return from you?
I want copies of ALL of the messages, I want a copy of the money order number and amount you made it out for and who you bought it from. I also want the date it was bought. I asked for a USPS money order and in this case I will file a fraud claim with the post office if it was cashed or if it never existed.
I'm not buying this.
I want my money or my NEW models in a week. No BS.

Hey Aaron, let's start over and try to find out what happened to the payment you sent ok? I didn't receive it. So I need you to go to whoever you bought the money order form and find out who signed it and cashed it ok?
If it was cashed on the 15th, we need to know who did it. I know where I was on the 15th and I am sure it wasn't near my bank or a post office.
So see if you can find out for me where it went please? That cool? I want to work this out.
Also, could you please forward all of the messages you sent me these past few days, I didn't get them and don't know where they may have gone. You said you wrote me 5 times? That's cool. Can you resend them out of your sent box or Outbox if you have them? Thanks again.
Hopefully we can figure out what happened and not have to resort to having the models returned and we can make a confusing situation into a good one for everybody.

I was thinking about asking you about that too actually. What dollar amount are you putting on the tanks? The $85 we agreed on possibly?
If that's possible, how about these terms instead?
At the website: Thewarstore.net they sell everything GW at 20% off and only charge about 4-5 dollars for shipping now matter what you order.
So off the top of my head... 3 boxes of models I want is 94 dollars, but at 20% off it is only about 75.20 plus shipping. You save money [like 5 bucks], I get more models, we call it good. What do you think?

This isn't the deal we agreed to Aaron and you didn't notify me before you did it. How can I agree to it if you already did it?
Is there any proof you ordered anything form them? Did you order what we agreed on? I don't know what and LGS is.

The order is under the name Baldy. I WORK THERE! I agreed to the fact that i would get you the new models instead of old ones in lue of the fact that you claim you didnt recieve my money. I could have just as easily told you to f off but im trying to be reasonable and give you the benifit of the doubt. So if you want to continue to attack me and my character then I can easily call the order off. Ive been in the gaming industry for 14 years now and thats not what im about. Ok, I got your stuff in the mail this morning. It went out Priority mail and your tracking number is - 0308 0730 0000 1459 5878. By the way i was contacted yesterday by the Colorado Police department. They caught and arrested the guy that cashed my money order so it looks like i will be getting reimbursed after all. Seems that things will work out for both of us after all.

I got the models and didn't hear from Aaron again. I then left bad feedback for him.
A few days ago I saw he took another trader's Marine army and bailed on HIM too. So I took the work number I had for Aaron, called it and got Aaron's Disctrict manager. Come to find out Aaron is the manager of a game shop there. I explained what Aaron had done, said and followed through with using their store to fill my order. The Manager [Tony] was unthrilled and said he would be talkign to Aaron.
TODAY I see ANOTHER Bad Trader report against him, he took models and didn't ship again...
What should we do to make this look good Eric?

So the resolution was, I told him if he didn't pay me I'd go to the police. He asked me to not bring this up.
I called is work, got ihs boss and let him in on what's up and I also did what I could to give the phone number and addresses relate dto Kasiok to all of the other users who got burned by him.
In my opinion, this user needs to be jailed and if not, then banned from B-Town, but that's not in my power to do, simply a suggestion.
Thanks to the mods and Watchmen who have dropped me messages from time to time helping me with this.

Ok, I got your stuff in the mail this morning. It went out Priority mail and your tracking number is - 0308 0730 0000 1459 5878. By the way i was contacted yesterday by the Colorado Police department. They caught and arrested the guy that cashed my money order so it looks like i will be getting reimbursed after all. Seems that things will work out for both of us after all.

I got the models and didn't hear from Aaron again. I then left bad feedback for him.
A few days ago I saw he took another trader's Marine army and bailed on HIM too. So I took the work number I had for Aaron, called it and got Aaron's Disctrict manager. Come to find out Aaron is the manager of a game shop there. I explained what Aaron had done, said and followed through with using their store to fill my order. The Manager [Tony] was unthrilled and said he would be talkign to Aaron.
TODAY I see ANOTHER Bad Trader report against him, he took models and didn't ship again...
What should we do to make this look good Eric?

So the resolution was, I told him if he didn't pay me I'd go to the police. He asked me to not bring this up.
I called is work, got ihs boss and let him in on what's up and I also did what I could to give the phone number and addresses relate dto Kasiok to all of the other users who got burned by him.
In my opinion, this user needs to be jailed and if not, then banned from B-Town, but that's not in my power to do, simply a suggestion.
Thanks to the mods and Watchmen who have dropped me messages from time to time helping me with this.
