BTR: Sean Tower & David Hammon - Unresolved

Hello,
Before the board went down I had posted this person or persons as bad traders. I no longer have every e-mail involved in the transaction, but hopefully it is acceptable to repost this persons information so future bartertown people will know to avoide this person at all costs.
I had purchased 5000.00 worth of Warhammer items from Sean tower several months ago. I only ever received 1/3 of the items I was promised. He claimed to mail out 17 boxes, but had no proof of doing so. He also claimed to file insurance forms and again would not proove that he did anything of the sort. After months and months of fighting with him, including constant phone calls and e-mails I filed a mail fraud report. Once I recieved an answer the insurance claims immediatly were resolved (its amazing how things get done when the FBI get involved) I waited another 2 months before I was refunded 3000.00 by Sean and David. The value of the lost items was over 8000.00 and they claimed that this was all the insurance they could get.
In just the last few days, I received an e-mail from another person that had dealings with Sean around roughly the same time. It turns out that he cought a large number of items from Sean and David at the same time I did. He is working on getting me his list, but I strongly believe that these are the items that I paid for. It also turns out that Sean ripped this person off for over 1000.00. I am going to encourage him to make a post as well.
Be warned that Sean goes out of his way to make his shipments seem real. He purchased shipping for 14 boxes but only ever mailed 7 of them. The tracking numbers for the remaining 7 said that the boxes were never dropped off at the post office. With the person that just contacted me, they told me Sean send them a box of newspapers and priority mail boxes.
