I traded with Chris for two Valkaries and 2 stands for them. I paid promtly and provided shipping tracking details. While he sent the valkaries he never sent the stands. Phone calls have fallen on deaf ears as do e-mails. Iw ould caution against trading with him. I would suggest anyone who does require him to send first. If Ii need to provide the backup coms for this forum please let me know

hey,

I got the check today. The valkaryies are packed and will be sent out on monday. The stands will come seperately. They are heavy and I didn't want them to smash up the resin.

The box is big, because I packed the models in guncase foam with army tray fillers inside a small styrofoam cooler. Be careful when you open it.

I did a little digging. I sent the stands to my painter.

He's putting them in the mail back to me. I've got two more stands for the vultures I'll get them out to you tommorrow.

That was the last it has been over a month I tried calling him on the number provided it was his, he has not called back or made an attempt to end the stands. please let me know if the August council needs any additional information.

I do note that his reply to your confirmation in regards to the transaction did not include the stands. A minor detail, perhaps, but potentially a telling one.

Please realize that with your rating and veteran status you of all people are held to a higher standard of showing by example.

we understand that you had not had to write one before, but normally when one does something new they read the instructions or rules before doing so.

AND this forum, with it's many uses, provides a HUGE headache for the Admin and Mods because of the nature of the information! Let alone adding the fact that the rules are almost NEVER followed until we step in and tell someone to do so... most claim "I didn't know" when the rules are clearly spelled out.

I have dealt with Chris several times in the past. He has always been an excellent person to deal with, very reasonable and honest. I would imagine that something is going on in his personal life right now. Hopefully things will sort themselves out.

As far Chris goes he was very pleasant in his e-mails no hostility that was why I was really pumped to trade with him. I figured this guy would be a no hasstle......He just did not follow through. I have been open, if he send the stands I will rescind the bad trader ref. I will also publicly say that he did finish his side of the bargain. But truth is he stopped communicating via e-mail and phone, so then I must act or at least at a minimum warn others in case he has had a change of heart and decided to start ripping others off. Plain and simple it was part of the deal which he did not include. I have left the door open for him to resove honorably, it is ulimately his choice if he want to step up and step thru.
