Hey there. I've got the DAK PzGren company box with two platoons, 2 each of Mortar and MG platoons, and an extra CHQ and Artillery HQ blister. The company box comes with trucks for the two platoons and I have 4 Italian trucks for recaptured equipment. If you're interested, please LMK what you'd want in trade for the Soviets.

11/15/06
Sounds good. I'll have the DAK insured and tracked, and likely have it off tomorrow morning.

Subject: Trade arrived
Hey
I received the figures today and all was in good shape, but I think there must have been a miscommunication. I thought I was to receive the GBX04 Motorised Panzergrenadier Company (DF) . I got the infantry but none of the trucks. I based the equal value of our trade on it being the box set. Is there another box comming? Did we misscommunicate?

Subject: DAK and Soviets
Greetings Mark.

First off, the lack of trucks and crew were entirely an oversight on my
part; I have no idea why I didn't pack them in. I'll go through the infantry
I have and see if there are any more DAK figs in the box where my loose FoW
infantry are stored, although I'm fairly sure I scoured thoroughly.

In any case, I was under the impression I'd mentioned that my DAK company
box wasn't new, just unpainted. If indeed I didn't, which is possible, would
you consider receiving a new blister or two along with the trucks that I
just completely forgot to send?

I have a sealed blister of DAK motorcycles and a pair of Marder III
(7.62cms) - one is sealed, the other is unassembled and so on, but the
blister was split open when I moved. If those don't interest you, I could
pick up something else, or we could work out some monetary compensation, for
both the time and the misinformation if you'd though the PzGrens were new.

Thanks for getting in touch before going to the admin, I'm extremely sorry
about the errors.

Ok..thanks for the prompt reply
Lets began by agreeing that I misunderstood and you forgot.
What I need is for you to send the missing parts as best you can. So, send the missing trucks and fill in the figures as best you can. The DAK motorcycles will fill in the missing motorcycle and then some.
Thanks for being responsible.
Take Care

I have not received the extra trucks and figures as of yet. Can you give
me an idea of when they were sent?
Thanks

I e-mailed you on the 19th but have not heard from you. I would like to
know where the remaining items from our trade are. I will give you to the
end of the week before I take action with the Bartertown administration.
Let me know whats up!
Thanks

The original post included private physical contact information. First name and last name is fine, but we do ask to leave out phone numbers and addresses. I had removed that information.

I also did a deal w/ him a while ago and it went smoothly. I had something we were trying to finalize after the holidays, and I have not heard anything back from him.

I hope everything turns out to be ok for everybody.

Sorry to go off topic... I only will for a short question...

Al... When did addresses become off limits?
In the past, we always posted the addresses in casey people were using multiple accounts (or rejoining), but having stuff sent to the same address. It's one of the things that helped nail Ticknor and "Steve Jones."

I am the site janitor, not mediator. Normally I don't take care of BTRs. Lin does. I saw him edit previous BTRs by removing similar information. Not sure if that was a special case or not. But I'm trying to help out since someone is on doodie duty. I'm a horrible admin as people seem to tell me on a weekly or daily basis when I am showing them the door.

I was wondering the same thing myself.

We always used to leave them up unless there were extenuating circumstances involved.

mhauck,

I beleive this guy has fallen of the earth or something. I have a trade with him that has gone bad, as in I still have not receive $300 of stuff from him. So I will be also starting a thread if I do not hear from him by tomorrow.

Does anyone know the process for starting an investigation with the Canadian police? If so please PM me.

I really hope you get your stuff. But I would say the chances are slim to none. Can you pm me and we can exchange information on him? I do have a number, if it's good.

Thanks,
Tom

I have gotten a reply from 2 scoops. He has been out of the country on family emergency. I still have not received my items yet. But he assures me they are on their way. I will be posting my own thread on Friday if they are not here.

Thanks,
Tom
