Hello,

It's opened, as I had too look at the new shiny bits. Everythings still on sprue and unassembled though. Bonesinger is not included. Shipping will run about $16 dollars, same as the US, just lslower shipping time.

Let me know,
Jason

Yeah, I'll take it. 175.00 + 16.00 = 191 USD

Can I get a paypal address?

I'm sorry but I cannot send cheque or money order unless you are willing to ship first. I will pay via paypal first. I've been burned too many times. Sorry.

Hi, when I wake up tomorrow I am seizing the paypal funds unless I get a confirmation number. This is a lot of money. You were much more helpful when you were trying to get my money. I have asked 3 times.

I have emailed him twice, messaged him as you can see. Paypal is involved. At the time our feedback ratings were close, I think mine was a 28. Didn't think to make him send first regardless.

I am also trading with him and it seems like I am getting the raw end of the deal.

I am in no way defending this guy.. but ill tell you right now.. if it was sent USPS their is no tracking from the US to Canada unless insured or sent registered. I didn't know how it was shipped.. but thats just my 2 cents.

Well if that is the case why would he say there is a tracking number on his desk unless he was lying. Which he probably was.

Actually, you are wrong. You have stated this in several cases, but you are mistaken.

If you send anything international, you have to fill out a customs form. These forms are serialized, and the copy that you keep has a serial number on it that can be tracked the same as a DC number. That number is also printed on your reciept.

if you fill out an online customs form, it has a serial number.
there are 2 types of customs forms you can fill out at the PO.
both have numbers. 1 form has 4 copies, the other 1. the green and white form does not have a copy for you to keep.
these forms are SUPPOSED TO BE scanned when they go through customs, but they are not always scanned. both on the sending country and receiving.
that's the only time they're scanned. they are supposed to be scanned when they are accepted. if you fill out the online forms, they might not get scanned when you bring them to the pO. they're supposed to be, but i've seen window clerks not do it.
if you pay for postage at the PO, as opposed to online, then the clerk has to scan it to complete the transaction; unless they have an old machine.

the only way to assure the item gets scanned is to send it: express mail or registered mail. insurance and global priority mial should be scanned, but it isn't always.

20 year postal employee.
of which;
5 years working in a 'retail' unit.
3.5 years working the customer service window.
1.5 years as an express mail clerk.

I remember Jason Seaman.

Unless there are two Jason Seaman's, this is the same person I minced with a good reference about two years ago.

http://www.bartertown.com/ref/index.php?name=seaman

The person seems consistent with the prerogative I had to deal with previously.

Oh, hello 2007, it's almost been two years, I have a lot of things to sell.

Interesting...still waiting on a ruling from paypal. Even if I do win he has to have the funds in his account and thats never the case.

Paypal ruled in my favour. However here were no funds to recover. What is the next step. I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada and he is in Massachusettes. Do I contact the FBI? [/code]
