Traded a nintendo DS with games for a Black templar army. Vehicles were included in the trade and it was understood that they would have some damage to them. Acceptable

However there was no information about how there would be sprues missing to finish 2 predators included in the trade, no information on how the marines were assembled poorly, or the missing parts to complete the predators.

After sending various e-mails he stated he was busy and would have the remaining sprues sent out by last Thursday. Since then he has not replied yet. Waiting 2 more days before I will have to leave a bad ref. he was very communicative and now he has cut off communication. Since I have his army here I don't know how to get the DS back I guess I am just screwed and should have asked more questions about the army but it is messed up that he said he would send out the rest of the parts and yet has done nothing so far and does not reply.

Just a friendly FYI...

For posting in the Bad Trader Forum, you NEED to post proof of trade agreement, and ideally the entire PM or Email trail.

The Mods are generally not too happy about unsupported claims.

3 rhinos with battle damage..primed black
1 predator with 4 las, fully painted
2 predators midway in building with all xtra bitz

and i will send all the extra bitz and such with the army...including the pre-heresy stuff..

let me know..i could ship it out by tommorow...

i did state in my original post that the rhinos were heavily damaged...i wanted it that way for my black templars...but i sent everything else...

anyway...when do u think the ds will b here...and what games are with it again?

I did finish inspecting things and one thing I noticed is that there aren't enough sprues to finish the 2 predators. There are some weapons but things like the lights on the hull and the covers for where the open ports are on the top aren't here. I also noticed that there aren't enough vehicle tracks to finish the models. In the package all there is are Land raider tracks and one sprue to finish half of a predator at the most. Do you have the remaining pieces to these models?

yes i do i apologized i just realized this..
i believe just is done...the heavy bolters and the turret is done..
the rest of the stuff should be there...
i will take a look for you in the mornin b4 i leave for vacation...
when i find dem...ill send it out tuesday i get back

i apologize for the delay...i work for a hospital and we just got slammed horribly. I should have the missing sprue, including tracks by thursday
cause the next 2 days i will be doing 16hr shifts..
