Summary: Was buying a Warzone Imperial army from TheLordMarshall. I sent the Paypal and he stopped answering messages - there are still two outbound messages for him in my Messages. I filed with Paypal and they refunded my money, but clearly he needs to be prevented from this sort of behavior on here.

Hey man, sorry I thought I messaged you. We had an unexpected death in the family and I had to go out of town before i could get to the post office. I'll be back home tomorrow night and will get it out Thursday.

And that was the last contact I had. After it was two weeks late to arrive, I filed with Paypal, and after 4 weeks of no reply to my claim, they refunded my money.
