I think you just about have me... Are the swooping hawks two sets of 5? I don't remember how they were boxed.

My Ex told me that there are three unmailed packages at her house. If you do no have yours, then it must be there. I am going over there after our daughter's spelling bee and will mail it and whatever else may be there tomorrow. I will open and repack it just ti be sure. What are you expecting? The painted dire avengers and scouts and which codex? I will try and find some bits at least to add in

It is... but he paid on Dec 10th, which only gives him until, roughly, March 10th (ish).
He waited too long.


It couldn't hurt to reach out to an actual person at PayPal (via phone) and explain how he was strung along for that time, making him feel as if he wasn't being ripped off... but a resolution from them is unlikely.
