On August 28th I was messaged by aristurtle about trading a couple of army books of mine for an army book and a model of his. We agreed upon a trade and on September 2nd I sent my half of the agreement. On September 15th I sent a message asking if the books had arrived as I had not heard from aristurtle. I sent another message on the 18th, still nothing. On the 21st of September I sent a new message to aristurtle under the heading Filing a Complaint letting him know that I was tired of waiting for a response. This brought an almost immediate response on his part saying he had completely forgot about the trade and that he had received the books. He said he would mail me my half of the agreement the next day. I asked if they were sent on the 22nd. He didn't reply until the 24th that they were and that he would send me the confirmation code later that day. September 30th was the last time I received a message from aristurtle and I still have not received the book and model I was promised.

Yeah, I'm aware. I figure the hardbacks cancel each other out, and the daemon prince has about the same value as the skaven book since it's already assembled, primed, etc... plus I don't have any spare bits for it. Looks nice though!

Whoa there- sorry about that! It was something that totally slipped my mind and I hadn't seen the messages. I can totally understand the frustration. I can send the daemon and codex out tomorrow, or I can return your books if you want. Let me know- sorry about that it was a complete screw up on my part, a lot of personal issues on this end, but it's no excuse. Still, let me know.

I still have not received either the items you agreed to send or even a message containing a confirmation number. I am done dealing with this and my patience has worn out. You have until Monday to explain yourself during which time I will be compiling the information needed to submit a Bad Trader Report. This has been absolutely ridiculous.

This message chain contains all the pertinent information like the tracking number that I sent as well as confirmation that aristurtle did in fact receive what I sent. I haven't pursued any legal ramifications as I believe the value of the items in question wouldn't warrant much. I do however want to warn everyone to not trade with him in the future.

I'll do some research.
In the mean time, has he read all of your messages?

The address is associated with a realty company and is shown to currently have no information on residents.
Granted, this COULD just mean that the information isn't updated yet.

I'm not sure how to check if he's read all my messages, but I know he's on the site frequently.

If they are in your Sent folder he has read them. If they are in your Outbox folder, he has yet to read them.

Ah, then he has read them all except for the last one.
