I recently had a trade with a Scrumhalf. After a few weeks of not receiving my package which mind you was after I sent first I decided to tell him about it. He said he sent me another Predator which is what the trade was for and if I ever received the second or first one I would send it back. I am alright with that but I have yet to get the second one either and it has been over 2-3 weeks. Maybe they both got lost in the mail but this person never sent me any confirmation codes. Now I didn't but he got my box of new slayers. Maybe this is a case of lost in the mail. But this is a warning just in case, Since this did happen twice.

I have had similar problems with him as well. He sent me some figs that were damaged and he agreed to replace them. I sent the damaged figs back to him a number of weeks ago. He confirmed that they have arrived and that he was working on getting replacements. That was over a month ago. He has not responded to my emails for almost 3 weeks now. I am giving him a couple more weeks before I give him a bad reference. After all he received my shipment back in January.

Insidious I sent you what PM proof I had that was relevant. I really want the predator or the slayers back.

Our trade was 1 box of new Slayers for 1 Predator

christ.... its been like 2 weeks, even to NY thats way too long, I bought delivery confermation i hope i still have the tab, if it doesnt show by wednesday I will buy you a new one and ship it out to you immediatly.

Hey there so, basically everything is still new on sprue, except like 1 guy, but hes lightly glued, but i beleive you'll like how he is set up in a dramatic pose. And the FW dread is assembled and cleaned except the arms, and the base are seperate. Also the rhino is missing the spikey sprue and other chaos sprue but easily made up in the bitz box x4 or so. here she is


2 boxes of Emperors children - $49
4 extra marines on sprue - $7
Fw Dread with plasma cannon and CC weapon - $45
15 deamonettes -$42
1 rhino -$17 (because of missing parts)
1 Awsome bitz box - $40

It has yet to get here both pred one and pred two. Theres my proof it is really hard for me to believe two packages got lost in the mail.

If he received your stuff in January, that's almost 6 months ago.

I'm not trying to be rude, but this kind of lackadaisical attitude toward online thieves only encourages it to happen more.

He got my stuff in January(about 4 months ago). Then he sent his shipment to me. That never arrived(after a month or so we decided it was lost). It took me a couple of weeks to convince him that he should send a new shipment(He believed that since he was sending to Canada without any tracking that he did not have to send any replacements - he also had no proof that he sent the first shipment, and by this time had already traded away all the figs I had sent him so I could not get my figs back). The second shipement took a few weeks to arrive. That stuff arrived damaged and it took me a week or so to convince him that he needs to get me some replacements. I sent the damaged figs back to him. He received the damaged figs about a month ago and that is where my story continues on above. He generally maintained good contact up until about 2-3 weeks ago. I guess I am being too nice to this kid, I was giving him a chance to redeem himself.

I just talked with Scrumhalfs Mom. He has been out of state for the past while. She expects him to be back on Sunday evening. I left my name and number so that he can contact and explained to her about what he owes me and that other people are looking for him as well. So maybe in the next couple of days we might hear something from him. If not then I will give him a bad reference.

i thought all the packages had to have tracking number and registered. But letters are different story
