Section 1: Introduction
On march 29th I PM'ed branderson1983 about a nib tyranid haruspex he had posted for sale. I asked him if he could do 50$ shipped which he agreed to. I sent the payment to him on March 30th along with my mailing address. After paypal had confirmed he had received the money I PM'ed again questioning him about when he was going to ship the model but he never responded. After several more PM's and more than a weeks time he has not responded and I have not received the model.

Secondly I am not the first to start a BTR on this guy. Here is a link to another bartertown member who was scammed by branderson1983 (branderson1983 accepted payments from both of us for the same model) supporting the claim that this was intentional.

Section 4: Follow Through
I am currently in the process of getting my money refunded by paypal but its a more difficult process because I sent the money as a gift. I would like to thank the bartertown member Korias1004 for all the work he has put into this and am glad to hear he got his money back.
